These Terms and Conditions govern the submission of scholarly works to the VaultBiblio ecosystem, which includes but is not limited to:

• VaultBiblio Guardian ("The Guardian"): Peer-reviewed journal publications under protected license
• The Vaults: Preprint repositories and field-specific eJournals (Vault of XXX series) under Creative Commons license
• Conference Publications: Conference proceedings under Creative Commons or regular licenses
• Special Issues: Conference proceedings and special topic publications under Creative Commons or regular licenses

2.1 General Requirements

By submitting any work to the VaultBiblio system, authors warrant that:

VaultBiblio Guardian employs a rigorous peer-review process. The Vaults operates as a preprint repository with optional post-publication peer review. Conference publications follow venue-specific review procedures.

4.2 Editorial Decisions

Editorial decisions are final. Authors may appeal decisions through the formal appeals process outlined in the editorial guidelines. VaultBiblio reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet quality standards or ethical requirements.

6.1 Open Access Commitment

The Vaults operates as a fully open access repository. VaultBiblio Guardian offers both subscription and open access options. Authors may choose gold open access for immediate free availability or green open access through repository deposits.

6.2 Archival and Preservation

All submissions are permanently archived and preserved according to international standards. VaultBiblio commits to long-term accessibility and digital preservation of all published content.

8.1 Research Ethics

All research involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive data must comply with relevant ethical guidelines and institutional review board approvals. Authors must provide evidence of ethical approval when required.

8.2 Conflicts of Interest

Authors must disclose all financial and non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation. This includes funding sources, employment relationships, and personal connections.

Detailed fee information is provided during the submission process. Waivers may be available for authors from developing countries or facing financial hardship.

VaultBiblio processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Author information is used for publication, communication, and archival purposes. Data may be shared with reviewers, editors, and indexing services as necessary for the publication process.

VaultBiblio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Authors will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the submission system constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Submissions in progress at the time of changes will be governed by the terms in effect at submission.
